Bug Description

Scribus build is broken with Poppler >= 22.09. This patch fixes it for at least up to 22.12.

As scribus in the Ubuntu repositories does not contain an Ubuntu delta, it is a sync from Debian, so this patch would be more appropriate upstream there where it will be automatically synced to Ubuntu.
