scribus 1.5.0 has been released in may 2015, but 15.10 still uses 1.4.5.

scribus 1.5.0 is considered "unstable" by upstream, while the 1.4.x is the stable branch, and that one is actually up-to-date.
I was instead pondering about resurrecting the scribus-ng package and uploading 1.5.0 as that package, and let the two being co-installable.
Furthermore, consider that files saved with 1.5.0 are not granted to be usable with 1.4.x.
Whatever happens, I don't consider uploading 1.5.0.
