Bug Description

I'd like to ask for removal of src:scribus-ng from the ubuntu archive.

## Rationale:

scribus-ng was initially used as a place to keep in-developing (or anyway, not the declared stable) releases (or svn checkouts) of scribus. Though that is a good use of package:
1) such use doesn't really fit the ubuntu release model, since that would mean keeping a probably seriously buggy package during a stable release
2) it's not used since several years, and it's just a transitional package now.

As the new scribus maintainer I plan to keep using scribus-ng, but only in debian experimental and the team PPA, where it can be updated whenever it makes sense.
Keeping the current package in the archive doesn't help our users in any way.

I surely hope there are no reverse-dependencies of scribus-ng...
