Keyboard shortcuts do not work in 'ScreenGrab' application (except 'PrtScr' for 'Full screen' which seems hardcoded)

Software, version: screengrab, 2.1.0-1ubuntu1

How to reproduce:
1) Boot into Lubuntu desktop.
2) Make sure keyboard shortcuts are set to 'ScreenGrab' application especially for 'Active window' and 'Area select'. If not, select 'Options' from the toolbar, navigate to 'Shortcuts' and set shortcuts.
3) Try to use the shortcuts for 'Full screen', 'Active window' or 'Area select'.

Expected:
Able to take respective screenshots.

Actual:
1) Not possible to take screenshots for 'Active window' or 'Area select' with any shortcut keys set.
2) 'Full screen' screenshot works only with 'PrtScr' key, _irrespective of_ what key combination has been set.

Note:
This issue was also observed on 20.04 with screengrab version '2.0.0-1'.
