Documentation of resize command only reflects height changes

Binary package hint: screen

The 'resize' command changes the width of vertical splits, not the height.

The 'resize' command is documented in the manpage as always changing the height, and there is no mention of a command for changing the width, so this is an unexpected behavior.

Reproduction instructions:

1) Invoke screen
2) Create a horizontal split (ctrl-a S)
3) Create a vertical split (ctrl-a |)
4) Resize the vertical split (ctrl a : resize +3)

This is more or less related to http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=600649 (screen: resize says "resize # lines" even if the window is split vertically)

Still the case with precise (screen 4.0.3-14ubuntu8).

JFTR: This issue is also present in Debian Experimental, whose package
is based on a current git snapshot from upstream. So it's likely not
fixed upstream either.

This is IMHO only a documentation issue. The behaviour is as one would expect it, the documentation is just outdated and does not reflect screen's new features.
