Bug Description

Hi,

I'm giving ubuntu-mate 18.04 a try,
Some fixes needed to get my .screenrc to work again, but so far so good.

One thing i can't get to work is the markkeys setting to get emacs-style bindings in copy mode:

# emacs-style binding in copy mode
# this is to make pgup (^[[5~) and pgdn (^[[6~) work:
markkeys h=^B:l=^F:$=^E:^b=5:^f=6:@=ESC=[=~

This used to work fine in 14.04, but in 18.04 this breaks pgup / pgdn (moves back/forward one character instead of one page). I've tried a few things but no luck so far.

Any way to get this back in 18.04 ?

I get the same behaviuor in 14.04 (page up/down moves left and right). Maybe you should try in a screen-specific forum, or in askubuntu.com, as there is no clear indication of a bug here yet.
