scotch (6.0.7-3) unstable; urgency=medium
* Team upload.
* remove Multi-Arch: same for lib{pt}scotch-dev. Dimensions in
header files are different in some arches (e.g. 32bit vs 64bit).
* add test_scotch_graph_order data/bump_b1.grf to
skip_failing_tests.patch (segfaults under gcc-9). Closes: #925823.
* link -lm after source files in debian/tests/check.Makefile.patch
