m17n is not working with scim

Bug Description
after installing m17n packeges (lib, db, scim-m17n), m17n input method is not showing up in scim setup window, input method section.
in /usr/share/scim , there are no any information about m17n in immodules directory

This is a known problem in dapper, and fixed in edgy. The real problem is actually a file format mismatch between m17n-lib and m17n-db.
