"dictionary menu" of scim-anthy doesn't work at all

Bug Description
Binary package hint: scim-anthy
I use scim-anthy at English session in Feisty.
Clicking on ”Edit the dictionary" and "Add a word", which are all of submenu of "Dictionary menu", doesn't show any response.
