Bug Description
Binary package hint: scilab
As with the release of Scilab version 5, the licensing has changed to the GPL compatible CeCILL license.
Hence, the next version of Scilab should be put in the Universe repository (For Jaunty or Karmic).

Confirming, Scilab 5 should now be free software.
However, 5.1 was just uploaded to Jaunty in multiverse, which is wrong.
