Scilab 6.0 shows warnings about files from package liblucene4.10-java, but does not depend on it

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
2. Install `scilab` package with `sudo apt-get install scilab`
3. Launch scilab from terminal
Expected results:
Scilab launches normally without warning messages
Actual results:
Scilab shows warnings in the terminal:
$ scilab
Warning: Could not find Java package '/usr/share/
Warning: Could not find Java package '/usr/share/
Warning: Could not find Java package '/usr/share/
Some problems during the loading of the Java libraries occurred.
This could lead to inconsistent behaviours.
Please check SCI/etc/
Possible temporary solution:
* Install liblucene4.10-java package manually (for /usr/share/
Needed solution:
* add liblucene4.10-java package to the dependencies list of scilab package(s).
