Bug Description

Trying to build kernels on a Trusty host using sbuild fails because the sbuild resolver stumbles over the <!stage1> tags used on some of the build dependencies. Think this alternatively is called profile support and appears to have been added since sbuild version 0.65.x.

This should probably SRUed at least back into Trusty (in theory Precise, too but that might be just too challenging).

Tested with only the patch above picked back into Trusty. Unfortunately this does not seem to be enough, yet. The build seems to be progressing a bit but somehow the dummy resolver package only installs a fraction of the actual dependencies. So the build breaks then in the build step where all the still missing dependencies are detected.
