Show config log if configure fails

Bug Description
If an autotools package fails at configure it would be nice to see the config.log.
If I build i.e. on Launchpad I see only that configure failed, but not why.

This doesn't belong in sbuild itself; it's too high a layer. However, you can do this easily by using dh_auto_configure, which nowadays automatically does this if configure fails.
