Bug Description

sblim-sfcb fails to build from source in jammy:

/bin/bash ./libtool --tag=CC --mode=link gcc -Wall -fno-strict-aliasing -fsigned-char -g -O2 -o sfcbinst2mof sfcbinst2mof.o -lsfcFileRepository -lsfcBrokerCore -lssl -lcurl -lsfcUtil -ldl -lpthread
libtool: link: gcc -Wall -fno-strict-aliasing -fsigned-char -g -O2 -o sfcbinst2mof sfcbinst2mof.o -lsfcFileRepository -lsfcBrokerCore -lssl -lcurl -lsfcUtil -ldl -lpthread
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lsfcFileRepository
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lsfcBrokerCore
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

This is an Ubuntu-specific package in multiverse that has never been in Debian, it appears to have been in maintenance mode for many years (last uploads of new upstream releases in 2014 and 2017). I don't know who if anyone is still interested in this package, but the package needs to be fixed or removed for 22.04 due to the OpenSSL 3 transition. If no one steps up to fix this, we will remove this package and its reverse-dependencies for jammy.
