  * Fix build source after successful build. Closes: #1048973
  * Change all packages to 'linux-any'.
  * Add uuid-dev as BD, used by sanlock.
  * Update copyright year on myself.
  * Use dh_installexamples to install example files.
  * Move files to '/usr'.
  * Update Standards-Version to 4.7.0, no changes needed.
