sane-backends 1.0.32-3ubuntu1 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

sane-backends (1.0.32-3ubuntu1) impish; urgency=medium

  * Merge from Debian experimental. Remaining changes:
    - Added "Recommends: sane-airscan" to the libsane1 binary package,
as the separate sane-airscan package supports the scanners in most
modern multi-function devices (improves eSCL and adds WSD support).
    - Removed 0040-remove_git.patch. It breaks the Ubuntu build (with
Ubuntu's source tarball) and seems to provide no benefit.
    - In 0175-fix_tests.patch use 1.0.32 instead of 1.0.32-debian as
      upstream version number.
    - Use the source tarball from 1.0.32-0ubuntu1.

libsane: API library for scanners [transitional package]

SANE stands for "Scanner Access Now Easy" and is an application
programming interface (API) that provides standardized access to any
raster image scanner hardware (flatbed scanner, hand-held scanner,
video- and still-cameras, frame-grabbers, etc.). The SANE standard is
free and its discussion and development are open to everybody. The
current source code is written to support several operating systems,
including GNU/Linux, OS/2, Win32 and various Unices and is available
under the GNU General Public License (commercial applications and
 backends are welcome, too, however).
