Bug Description
I have a HP print/scanner, and it reads it as a printer. I had another HP print/scanner before, and it had the same problem. Fortunately that one died. The problem I have with this one, which is model number HP Deskjet F2275 all-in-one, is that it sees it as a printer, and the printer works fine, but doesn't recognise the scanner. I can't find it on the system, as it says it cant see it, and I have tried other things as suggested on the help and support forums, but cant get it to be seen by my computer.
I do have another problem as well, where I cant update my antivirus. I don't know if it is me, or the computer (probably me), and I don't know if they are related problems, but I thought I'd mention it.
I hope you can help me out. I am using the latest ubuntu version, from about a month ago.
