Bug Description
Running Xubuntu 18.04, Everytime I launch an application (program?), an error message pops-up saying the application crashed when in fact it did not crash.
Then Apport goes through conniptions trying to report the problem and Apport finally says it cannot report the problem.
I have already reported this problem, but since I set up the process, this response pops up as well. Next time I will just cancel unless the problem really is different.
