libsane-dev is not Multi-Arch compatible

This issue was reported before, and fixed in 1.0.24-12 [1]

But it appears to happen again with 1.0.25+git20150528-1ubuntu2 on Xenial:

$ sudo apt-get install libsane-dev libsane-dev:i386
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
libsane-dev is already the newest version (1.0.25+git20150528-1ubuntu2).
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created

It's not appearing "again" as 1.0.25+git20150528-1ubuntu2 is not a successor to 1.0.24-12 as far as I know. This issue should be fixed once bug 1662811 is closed.
