Bug Description

Binary package hint: sandboxgamemaker

Look I just want this package or anything to do with it off my system. It's holding up progress with what I need done. Please advise. I try to uninstall it, and of course get a message. Is there a file that holds a list I can edit, and remove it?

Thanks for the report, this has been reported as bug #755641 and is scheduled for an Stable Release Update. In the meantime, you can delete /var/cache/sandboxgamemaker and try again. That should fix it, and you won't lose anything (that's just the temporary directory during downloads.) You can then reinstall or remove the package.

The problem comes from the fact that upstream doesn't allow redistribution of their content, so we have to use a downloader which will cause this bug if the downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete.
