Bug Description
When I run the following command, bcftools crashes:
curl -s "ftp://ftp-
view: invalid option -- '-'
view: invalid option -- 'f'
view: invalid option -- 'o'
view: invalid option -- 'r'
view: invalid option -- '-'
view: invalid option -- '-'
open: No such file or directory
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
curl -s "ftp://ftp-
open: No such file or directory
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
If I download the source code from GitHub, compile it and use that version of bcftools, it works fine.

Hi,
bcftools is not anymore in the samtools package since Zesty and I cannot reproduce with bcftools from bcftools package 1.3.1-1.
Do you still have this issue?
