Bug Description

The file /usr/include/samba-4.0/gen_ndr/dcerpc.h contains:
#includes <core/ntstatus.h>
core/ntstatus.h is in the samba4-dev package, making libsamba-util-dev unusable without samba4-dev, but samba4-dev is not marked as a dependency of libsamba-util-dev
