Unsure why, I was running an upgrade thru SSH.

Does libfile-temp-perl need to be added to Depends or PreDepends?

Actually, the one calling Temp.pm was:

update-inetd: /usr/share/perl5/DebianNet.pm

as it is the one trying to use Temp.pm, but it already
depends on libfile-temp-perl.

This seems like the system is in a bad state?

We apologise for the late response, but Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal reached EOL
on October 28, 2012. See this document for currently supported Ubuntu releases:

Please upgrade to the latest version and re-test. If the problem is still
reproducible, please update this bug with the new information.
