well, as I said, I was doing a system upgrade with my package manager, and while doing so I get the error, that sambz cannot upgrade... don|t know anything about samba, did work before flawlessly.

Well, after I the upgrade completed, I just did
sudo apt-get install -f
and the problem was solved for me.
