When installing SWAT no connection to localhost:901 possible

Bug Description
After installing SWAT ( apt-get install swat ) and editing the file /etc/inetd.conf "unable to connect" on localhost:901 or 127.0.0.1:901 occur.
Reason: neither inetd nor xinetd are installed.
There should be a dependency-check for the SWAT package, so that either inetd or xinetd get installed with it and configured properly. (preferably xinetd)
