samba does not install cleanly on machine with no IPv4 address

When installing the samba package:

Workaround is to disable the nmbd service then 'apt -f install' to complete the installation.

Suggest not enabling nmbd by default as most modern workloads do not require it. Otherwise preinst may need to perform the check for IPv4 addresses and do the disable.

There was just an update to the samba package, and apparently it turns the nmbd service back on. Had to ssh in and disable it to manually apply the update after failing with Ansible.
