Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.

information type: Private Security → Public

This looks like the relevant portion of the logs:

Configurando samba (2:4.5.8+dfsg-0ubuntu0.17.04.3) ...
Failed to preset unit: Unit file /etc/systemd/system/samba-ad-dc.service is masked.
/usr/bin/deb-systemd-helper: error: systemctl preset failed on samba-ad-dc.service: No such file or directory
Job for nmbd.service failed because a timeout was exceeded.

Thanks

No, that is just noise unfortunately. This is the real error:
   Status: "nmbd: No local IPv4 non-loopback interfaces available, waiting for interface ..."

So nmbd failed to start because it didn't find an IPv4 interface that's not "lo".

It does look like you have network configuration problems. From the nmbd logs:
Packet send failed to 192.168.0.255(138) ERRNO=Argumento inválido
Packet send failed to 192.168.0.255(137) ERRNO=A rede está fora de alcance
send_netbios_packet: send_packet() to IP 192.168.0.255 port 137 failed

Could you please check your IP, netmask, default gateway and broadcast addresses? The nmbd daemon needs to be able to send data to the broadcast address but it doesn't look like 192.168.0.255 is that address for the LAN segment you are in.

Changed in samba (Ubuntu):
status: New → Incomplete
no longer affects: init-system-helpers (Ubuntu)
