nmdb crashes on startup

Upgraded to samba 3.0.22-1ubuntu3.4 (security update). The nmdb crashes instantly.

The Samba 'panic action' script, /usr/share/samba/panic-action,
was called for pid 6164 (/usr/sbin/nmbd).
