Samba stopped working when uppgrading to Gutsy

Bug Description
This is my line i fstab:
//192.168.0.3/files /mnt/files smb credentials=
After uppgrading to gutsy, it always get like this when I mount /mnt/files:
f@air:/mnt$ ls -l
total 16
drwxr-xr-x 2 f f 4096 2007-04-18 17:46 files
f@air:/mnt$ sudo mount files
f@air:/mnt$ ls -l
total 12
?--------- ? ? ? ? ? files
It worked perfectly in Feisty.
The server is running Feisty.

Could you try to use cifs instead of smb in your fstab line ?
For example: /home/f/ .smbpasswd, fmask=000, dmask=000, uid=f,gid= f 0 0
//192.168.0.3/files /mnt/files cifs //credentials=
