essentially the same as bug 1310919, since 4.1.11+dfsg-1ubuntu1 dropped the patch krb5_kt_start_seq.diff that is not applied upstream yet

in 4.1.11+dfsg-1ubuntu2 the last patch on https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10490 is applied.
