      of policy.json in /etc/sahara as default policies have been moved into
      code.
    - d/tests/*, d/control: Add autopkgtests.
    - d/watch: Get tarball from tarballs.opendev.org.
  * New upstream snapshot for OpenStack Victoria.
  * d/control: Align (Build-)Depends with upstream.
  * d/p/use-flask-builtin-method-for-test-context.patch: Dropped. Fixed
    upstream.
  * d/control: Update Standards-Version to 4.5.0.
  * d/rules: Limit unit test execution to install step.
