Ubuntu/Debian s390-tools package is missing important tools/binaries.
Package and install additional management tools:
- lschp and chchp to list and manage channel-paths (CHPIDs)
- dasdstat to display DASD statistics
- cio_ignore to manage CIO blacklists and devices visible to the Linux
instance
- znetconf to configure and manage network devices

This is inaccurate, lschp is included in the s390-tools package. It is not included in the s390-tools-udeb package, so is not available in the installer environment. Are you referring to the latter?
