Rygel checks for "max version" of build dependencies like libsoup which has been tested for API compatibility so that people building old releases on top of newer API-incompatible libraries don't run into problems.....
The max version of libsoup has been bumped in the current development release of Rygel which is expected to be released as a new major stable update soon (0.12)....
Fixing this build failure should be as easy as bumping the max version in configure.ac and running autoreconf .....
