rxvt-unicode-lite misinterprets some command-line switches

Binary package hint: rxvt-unicode

1. The meaning of -fg and -bg is swapped.
2. With either -sr or +sr I get a scrollbar at the left.
The regular rxvt-unicode does not have these bugs.
