unable to start urxvt from unity launcher

Urxvt does not appear in dash menu. After starting from commandline/run menu and locking to launcher, I'm unable to start next instance (mmb) or start urxvt after closing it.

Just guessing - is urxvt.desktop file missing somewhere?
