Bug Description

The issue is discussed in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/librsvg/-/issues/787 and seems to be a rust bug. Could we cherry pick the fix to ubuntu? It seems to be https://github.com/rust-lang/compiler-builtins/commit/06497726

Thanks, I looked for bugs against librsvg but didn't check rustc! Michael said that an upload including it was planned for next week anyway so I jumped the gun :-).
