systemd-zram-generator and zram-config are conflicting each other

Bug Description

The two packages systemd-zram-generator and zram-config should not be installed/active at the same time. Both are configuring zram swap. If systemd-zram-generator is active, it handles the zram configuration, which means, zram-config can't and the corresponding systemd unit fails.
