Bug Description
rust-getopts is not migrating because it depends on what appears to be rust-rustc-
Since this is a package which would theoretically be uploaded at some later date, it doesn't make sense to rust-getopts from the -proposed queue since it may be migratable without any changes, so instead documenting here.
A bug should probably be opened against the rust-getopts package in Debian.
