The package is not installable.

In Ubuntu 20.04 LTS amd64 (Linux Mint 20 amd64)

lsb_release -rda

In synaptic I get this error message:

librust-crossbeam+nightly-dev:
 Depends: librust-crossbeam-epoch-0.7+nightly-dev (>=0.7.2-~~) but it is not installable

The librust-crossbeam+nightly-dev package no longer exists as a seperate package since Ubuntu 20.10 Groovy. It is now a virtual package provided by librust-crossbeam-dev, which I have confirmed is installable in Groovy, Hirsute and Impish.
