chpst does not have a -x option

Bug Description

Binary package hint: runit

With setlock, I can pass -x to tell it to exit quietly if the lock cannot be acquired.

chpst does not offer a similar option.

I added a '-x' switch and a few other conveniences / why-doesn't-it-do-this-by-default backward-compatible enhancements here: https://github.com/pilcrow/runit

Of course, chpst can always be chain-invoked as "setlock", which does support such an option.
