Bug Description

ruby-sprite-factory and ruby-yaml-db do not support ruby 3.1 and they were already removed from Debian testing:

Both do not have reverse dependencies:

$ reverse-depends -b -r lunar src:ruby-yaml-db
No reverse dependencies found
$ reverse-depends -r lunar src:ruby-yaml-db
No reverse dependencies found

$ reverse-depends -b -r lunar src:ruby-sprite-factory
No reverse dependencies found
$ reverse-depends -r lunar src:ruby-sprite-factory
No reverse dependencies found

Indeed, status in lunar and Debian is as reported.
Following Debian with the removal to unblock the full transition to 3.1
