Please remove ruby-rails-assets-punycode from Mantic.
It has no reverse dependencies:
$ reverse-depends ruby-rails-assets-punycode
$ reverse-depends -b ruby-rails-assets-punycode
No reverse dependencies found
It shows up on the NBS report but the package is broken. Added a dependency on a package that used to be built by the source package. That binary package was dropped at the end of July and I don't see any new source upload since to fix this situation.
Technically, there actually is one reverse dependency:
webext-umatrix depends on the NBS libjs-punycode
webext-umatrix should also be dropped from Ubuntu.
