Autopkgtest regression trigerred by Ruby 2.7

ruby-minitest-reporters version 1.0.19-1 has a regression in all architectures triggered by ruby-defaults/1:2.7~0.

I was not able to reproduce this regression locally but checking the log I assume the gemspec was not parsed because it has a dependency on git to list files. I added a patch to remove the git usage in the gemspec file and uploaded it to Debian [1]. I hope this new version fixes this issue. I will request a sync as soon as it lands in Debian unstable.

Version 1.0.19-2 of ruby-minitest-reporters already landed in Debian unstable. Could someone please sync this version?
