Bug Description
The package ruby-gtk3 currently depends on a couple of libraries, but not on their ruby bindings, resulting in a LoadError when those bindings have not been manually installed. The missing dependencies are: ruby-atk, ruby-pango, ruby-gdk-pixbuf2. Please note that ruby-gtk2 does properly depend on those packages.
