Bug Description
Hello,
When a latex file contains multiple repeated citations, rubber seems to silently drop the final run of pdflatex, resulting in some of the citations not being resolved. You can reproduce this with the attached latex and bibtex files.
% rubber --version
Rubber version: 1.1
