Bug Description

Binary package hint: rtgui

rtgui in 10.04 relies on:

Depends: apache2 | httpd, libapache2-mod-scgi, php5, php5-xmlrpc, rtorrent

I am running lighttpd on my box, so I have httpd provided, but there is no need for libapache2-mod-scgi, if running something else that Apache. So there should be a conditional requirement, only if using Apache, which should be different (or non-existent) for other web servers. Please remove.

Any movement on this? That's been a while and it should be pretty easy to fix.
