Bug Description

Upstream says they don't support request-tracker4 2.4 (the current version) and this is preventing request-tracker4 from migrating to -release. We already have request-tracker4 2.4 but no one noticed the issue.

Removal ACK'd, this has been removed from Jessie. I don't know that we should blacklist it yet as it's not removed from Debian yet. I think they're trying to sort out the package's fate in https://bugs.debian.org/748737
