Was trying to get my graphics card to function properly. Card details below

NVIDIA Ge Force 210 Chip set
GIGABYTE GV-N210TC-1GI, TC=Turbo Cache DDR3
ON Asus mother board M2N-X Rev-x.xx

Ubuntu automaticly downloaded updated drivers and installed them. Now my screen size of 1920x1080 has been reduced to
about 1600x900 or I should say tried to update them.

Neither do i have a dual boot system, so i can't get into Windows 7 anymore or i don't know how.

Please HELP
