Bug Description
Binary package hint: rsyslog
After a recent rsyslog upgrade (sorry, I can't remember exactly which one), rsyslogd has begun using 100% of my (dual-core) CPU at all times, starting immediately after bootup. I have only been able to stop it by "sudo service rsyslog stop" This bug is similar in symptoms to Bug #491788, but I do not believe it is a duplicate, because the problem only began very recently. I am not sure what extra data to provide here, so just tell me what you need and I will post it.
