/etc/logrotate.d/rsyslog contains

        postrotate
                reload rsyslog >/dev/null 2>&1 || true
        endscript

which works on Upstart but not on systemd. It should be changed to ‘service rsyslog reload’ or ‘invoke-rc.d rsyslog reload’ or something.
